Form CRS – Customer Relationship Summary

Capital Management Consultants, Inc.

June 3, 2025 (Latest Revision)

Capital Management Consultants ("CMC") is an investment advisory firm registered with the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it’s important for you to understand these differences. Free and simple tools are available at www.Investor.gov/CRS to research firms and financial professionals, and to learn more about investing.

What investment services and advice can you provide me?

We provide investment advisory services to retail investors, and our services include direct management of your assets. There are no limitations on those services. We monitor the investments of our clients for whom we provide investment services. Our monitoring occurs with quarterly reviews, or upon material changes in economic conditions, new tax laws or with your personal financial situation.

  • We offer discretionary investment management, meaning we make investment decisions on your behalf without requiring prior approval for each transaction.

  • We also offer non-discretionary services, where you make the ultimate decision regarding the purchase or sale of investments.

  • We do not limit our advice to proprietary products or a specific menu of investments.

  • We have an account minimum of $100,000 to open and maintain an account.

For an additional description of our services, please see our website at https://capitalmanagementconsultants.net/ or our Form ADV, Part2A, Items 4, 13 and 16 at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/19935

Ask us:

  • Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?

  • How will you choose investments for me?

  • What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications?

What fees will I pay?

We charge an asset-based fee for investment management services, which is a percentage of the assets we manage for you. This means our compensation increases as your portfolio grows. We believe this aligns our interests with yours.

  • Financial planning services may be offered as part of our overall management fee or charged separately as a flat or hourly fee.

  • Other costs you may incur include custodial fees, fund expenses, and transaction costs, which are separate from our advisory fees.

You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.

Ask us:

  • Help me understand how these fees and costs affect my investments.

  • If I give you $1,000,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?

What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?

When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and not put our interest ahead of yours. That’s called a fiduciary standard. At the same time, the way we make money (asset-based fees) may create some conflicts with your interests. One of our investment adviser representatives also holds an insurance license. As a result of this registration, usual and ordinary commissions on insurance products can be derived from advisory clients. There is a conflict because we earn money from these advisory clients and may spend more time with them. For more information, please see our ADV, Part2A, Items 10 and 14 at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/11935.

Ask us:

  • How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?

How do your financial professionals make money?

Our financial professionals are compensated based on a percentage of assets under management. This means they have an incentive to increase the size of your portfolio and retain your business over the long term.

Do you or your financial professionals have legal or disciplinary history?

No, neither our firm nor any of our associated persons has any disciplinary or legal history. Visit www.Investor.gov/CRS for a free and simple search tool to research our firm and financial professionals.
